📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Track project milestones and progress, identifying and mitigating any potential delays.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
