📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.
• Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
• Develop performance management systems to support employee development.
• Leverage HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR to streamline processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human capital management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human capital consulting or a similar role.
• Certification in SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
