📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize distributor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Develop and implement replenishment strategies to ensure timely delivery of products to distributors.
• Utilize inventory management systems like SAP or Oracle to track and analyze inventory data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and work with the procurement team to optimize ordering and receiving processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes.
• Provide training and support to distributor staff on inventory management procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role within the supply chain industry.
