📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons.
  • Support students with their learning activities and provide individual attention when needed.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized classroom.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as grading and record-keeping.
  • Participate in school events and activities.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of educational programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or have a degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
  • Previous teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational software.
  • Passionate about education and committed to student success.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a rural area.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language.
