In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment.,Ensure the safe and efficient storage of goods, with a focus on minimizing waste and maximizing space utilization.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift (preferred).
