📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes to meet high standards of quality and presentation.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Support the Head Chef in training and developing junior staff.,Participate in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer demands.,Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
