📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Support the Outlet Staff in training and developing new team members.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the outlet, ensuring a welcoming and appealing environment.,Participate in sales activities and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic financial and accounting principles.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
