🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar role in a dynamic market, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive revenue growth.
• Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
