📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of the Surabaya branch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance, accounting, and tax professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met and objectives are achieved.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles, with a focus on logistics or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
