📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to stakeholders, including investors and board members.
• Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to ensure financial targets are met.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certifications in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA, or similar) are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
