📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for new hotel developments in Bangka Belitung.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify profitable opportunities.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and construct high-end hotel facilities.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, and local communities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality trends and market dynamics.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian hospitality regulations and local market conditions in Bangka Belitung.
