📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
