Store Fresh Lestari is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.,Support the HR manager in special projects and initiatives.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
