📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, design, and oversee the execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.,Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Prepare detailed project reports and present findings to stakeholders.,Manage project budgets and resources effectively.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.,Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Excellent project management skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
