📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and negotiation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Provide support to the purchasing manager in special projects and tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of purchasing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory purchasing policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
