📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the dental industry.,Promote and sell dental products to healthcare professionals and patients.,Drive sales performance and achieve monthly and annual targets.,Ensure that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct market research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure a strong product portfolio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar role in the dental industry.,Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key accounts.,Knowledge of dental products, procedures, and technologies is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
