Quick Village Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Cianjur. As a Lead Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to ensure the safety of the premises and personnel.,Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed entry.,Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarms.,Provide first aid and emergency response as needed.,Supervise and train junior security guards.,Ensure compliance with all security regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Proven track record of ensuring the safety and security of premises and personnel.,Good knowledge of security regulations and laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
