PT Usaha Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and assets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations of the facility, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.,Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain a safe and secure environment.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, accidents, and emergencies.,Train and supervise security guards to ensure they are competent and knowledgeable in their duties.,Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the facility.,Enforce company security policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing security operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Knowledge of security equipment and technology.,Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous activities.,Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
