Bengkel Gilang Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business goals.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
