📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
