We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design customized training programs for employees at all levels.,Partner with managers to create and deliver effective onboarding and offboarding programs.,Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure alignment and consistency in HR strategies.,Manage the HR information system and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and data management.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Certification in HR or related fields is a plus.
