Bengkel Elsa Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our tax operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and a proven track record in tax planning and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's tax operations, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, both at the national and international level.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.,Provide tax advice and guidance to management and employees on tax-related matters.,Monitor and analyze tax risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize tax benefits.,Maintain and update tax-related documentation and records.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is fully compliant.,Work closely with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax operations, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proven track record in tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and employees at all levels.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with tax software and systems is a plus.
