📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate,Handle cash transactions and process returns,Clean and organize the shop to maintain a pleasant environment,Promote products and special offers to customers,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction,Follow all company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems,Friendly and approachable attitude,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
