📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and submit accurate sales and financial reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall business success.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
