📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with transactions and provide information about our products and services.,Operate the cash register and process payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Follow company policies and procedures, including security protocols.,Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in cash register software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
