📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and food preparation areas.,Ensure that food and drinks are served promptly and to the satisfaction of the customers.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waitress or similar role is preferred but not required.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented personality.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
