🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and automation, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
• Certifications in automation technologies, such as PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial robotics.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO, IEC, and OSHA.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
