As an HR Staff Generalist, you will work closely with department heads and managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for onboarding new employees, conducting performance reviews, and managing employee benefits and compensation. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR Manager in managing the company's HR information system (HRIS) using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the manufacturing or electrical industry.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
