In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution for our community support initiatives. Develop and execute product strategies for community support initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.,Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.,Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.,Define and track product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.,Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.,Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, teams, and users.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community support and product management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.,3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on community support or a similar role.,Strong understanding of community support platforms and best practices.,Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.,Familiarity with community support tools and platforms, such as Slack, Discord, or similar.
