📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily TVS transaction reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients, following company policies and procedures.
• Manage the accounts receivable process, including collections and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of receivables and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other related reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial reconciliation.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
